At The Divine Valley Resort, we strive to provide our guests with the utmost flexibility while ensuring fair practices for all parties involved. We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly, and we’ve designed our cancellation policy to accommodate such instances.
1. Cancellation Before 30 Days:
- If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, we will retain 10% of the total billing amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.
2. Cancellation 15-30 Days Before Arrival:
- If you cancel your reservation between 15 to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, we will retain 50% of the total billing amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.
3. Cancellation Within 15 Days:
- If you cancel your reservation within 15 days of your scheduled arrival date, we regret to inform you that no refund will be provided. The total billing amount will be retained by The Divine Valley Resort
4. No-Show Policy:
- If you do not show up for your reservation without prior cancellation, the full amount of your booking will be retained, and no refund will be issued.
5. Early Departure:
- Should you choose to shorten your stay after check-in, no refunds will be granted for the unused portion of your reservation.
6. Modifications to Reservations:
- If you need to modify your reservation dates, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Please note that our cancellation policy applies to the original booking dates.
7. Group Bookings:
- Separate terms and conditions may apply for group bookings. Please get in touch with our reservations team for more details.
8. Force Majeure:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other acts of God that may impact your ability to travel, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include rebooking for a later date or offering a credit.

REFUND Policy
Guest are eligible for:
– 25% refund of the full booking amount if cancellation is effected between 7-14 days from the date of check-in
– 50% refund of the full booking amount if cancellation is effected between 15-21 days from the date of check-in
– 75% refund of the full booking amount if cancellation is effected beyond 22 days from the date of check-in
– No refund will be provided for any cancellation within less than 7 days from the date of check-in including No-show guests.
